Who we are

DXV Studios provides business automation services and is based in Northampton, UK. Contact: hello@dxvstudios.co.uk.

What we collect

When you use our contact form or email us, we collect what you send: your name, business name, email address and your message.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to provide our services. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests or the performance of a contract.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. Form submissions are processed by our website host (Netlify) and stored in our business email (Google Workspace), who act on our behalf. Our website also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google when you visit.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept only as long as needed for our work and legal obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing hello@dxvstudios.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
